Pneumatic Flash Calciner
Diversified’s primary technology is the Pneumatic Flash Calciner (PFC). The PFC is a relatively new approach to calcination and has several configurations available for the various types of materials processed. The use of this technology reduces user’s capital requirement, production costs and transportation costs. Some other advantages of this technology is:
- Process is faster and as a result requires less capital investment than competing processes
- Equipment is significantly less costly than competing technology yielding similar output
- Plants are smaller and can be developed in locations closer to end user or raw material source
